Youth Organisations

 

Most of our Youth Organisations  have finished for the summer

Our church has 8 youth organisations They are :-

 

Rock Solid

Rock Solid is a youth club that meets most Friday evenings in the church during term time. It is split into 2 sessions

P6 to S2 meets from 6pm to 8pm

S2 – S6 meets 8:30pm to 10:30pm

S2 can choose which session they wish to go to

Everyone who is in P6 to S6 is welcome. At Rock Solid we do Games, Arts & Crafts , Snooker , Table Tennis , Badminton , Dancing, and much more . For all of you who sit at home, saying "I'm Bored" on a Friday Night , it's because you are not going to Rock Solid. Rock Solid starts back on Fri Sept 19th 2008.

347th Brownie Pack

The Brownies meet in the Hut on a Monday evening from 6:30pm to 8:15pm.

It is for girls aged between 7 and 10 years. Come along for Fun , Challenges and Games

67th Glasgow Girls' Brigade

Meet in the church hall at the following times

Explorers (P1 to P3) 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Juniors (P4-P7) 7:30pm to 9:00pm

Brigaders (S1 to S6) 7:30pm to 9:00pm

 

284th Glasgow Boys' Brigade

We would like you to come and join us in the church hall on a Monday evening at the following times.

Anchor Boys (P1 to P3) 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Junior Section (P4 to P6) 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Company Section (P7 plus) 7:45pm to 9:30pm

166th Glasgow Scouts

Boys  aged from 8 to 10 years of age , meet every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the church hall.

Sunday School

Meets in the Fellowship Hall every Sunday morning during the church service (11am to 12 noon).

For all Primary school age children

Bible Class

Meets in the Session House every Sunday morning during the church service (11am to 12 noon). For all Secondary school age children.

 

The J-Team

The J-Team is Rock Solid’s sister club which meets every 2nd Monday and Friday in St.Judes. For more details please follow the link below

The church produces a Children's Newsletter 4 times per year.

Copies are sent to all local schools and can also be obtained from the church.
